VACCINATIONS

In compliance with the City of Chicago vaccine requirements, all patrons are required to provide proof of vaccinations for entry.

In addition to a valid ticket, to be permitted to enter the Ruth Page Theater:

  • Guests ages 5 and older will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine. “Fully vaccinated” means that the performance date must be at least 14 days after receiving the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose vaccine. This vaccine requirement also applies to Hedwig Dances’ artists and staff.
  • Guests age 4 and under are not permitted in the theatre.

Proof of vaccination—displayed either on a smartphone or with a physical copy of the vaccination card—must be presented at time of entry into the theater (along with their performance ticket). Together with the proof of vaccination, all guests 16 years or older must also present a government-issued photo ID.

For your safety, as well as our artists and staff, Hedwig Dances will not admit any guests who do not provide the documentation as required above.

FACE COVERINGS

Patrons will be required to wear face coverings at all times and in all areas of the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, including while seated during the performance.

Dancers will perform without masks. All dancers will be fully vaccinated with boosters and will be tested daily prior to performances.

SANITIZATION AND SURFACES

Enhanced cleaning procedures take place between every performance. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the building.

RISK ASSUMPTION

All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending Goodman Theatre productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
